Terms of Service

These terms describe the current MAILHAUS MVP. The public site is waitlist-first. App access is open beta/internal until production auth, data, email, compliance, and support workflows are fully reviewed.

Current service state

MAILHAUS is an AI-powered email marketing and outreach CRM for importing leads, drafting campaigns, managing replies, tracking pipeline, and organising tasks.

The current version is not an unrestricted public self-serve SaaS. Signup and login marketing routes intentionally direct visitors to the waitlist.

Accounts and access

Access to the app may be limited to approved beta or internal users. Test accounts and demo mode are for local/private testing and must not be treated as real production customer accounts.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that any team members or contractors follow these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use MAILHAUS to upload unlawful data, send spam, harass people, misrepresent identity, bypass consent requirements, or contact people in ways that violate applicable law or platform rules.

You must only import contact data that you have permission or another lawful basis to process and contact.

AI output and decisions

AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and validating any AI output before using it.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular recipient or legal context.

Payments and live sending

Billing and paid checkout are not live in the current MVP unless explicitly stated in the app and configured through an approved payment provider.

Live bulk email sending is blocked until provider setup, sender-domain authentication, unsubscribe handling, suppression logic, and compliance review are complete.
