Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: 27 May 2026

MAILHAUS is built around safer outreach workflows. The MVP allows campaign drafting and safety previews, but live bulk sending remains disabled until required provider, domain, unsubscribe, suppression, and compliance controls are ready.

No spam

MAILHAUS must not be used to send spam, deceptive messages, harvested-list blasts, phishing, malware, impersonation, or unwanted bulk messages that violate applicable law or provider rules.

Users must be able to explain the source of imported contacts and the basis for contacting them.

Contact import responsibility

Before importing a list, users should confirm the contacts are appropriate for outreach and should remove people who have opted out, complained, bounced, or should not be contacted.

MAILHAUS includes duplicate checks and suppression-ready structures, but users remain responsible for lawful list use.

Unsubscribe and suppression

Live sending should not be enabled until unsubscribe links, suppression records, sender identity, and complaint/bounce handling are in place.

Suppressed or unsubscribed contacts must not be intentionally contacted through MAILHAUS campaigns.

Sender identity

Users must not use false sender names, misleading subject lines, fake domains, or identity details that hide who is sending the message.

Sender domains should be authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC before real campaigns are sent.
